What about free shipping?

Any order over $100 within the US qualifies for FREE shipping!

No special code -- it’s automatically applied at checkout.  

 

How can I ship my order and what are the costs?

You can ship your order with the USPS either Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express (faster).

Also, as we have partnered with the USPS, when you order directly from our website, you are receiving a discounted rate from the USPS… Wepa!

 

 How can I ship to outside the US?

Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally… yet.

 

How do I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns and/or exchanges of unworn/unused products up to 30 days after their purchase. Some reasonable exceptions might be made on a case by case basis.

Once the item in question is received, we’ll happily ship it out to you! Also, we’ll waive the return standard Priority Mail shipping charge for your new order (within the US). If you would like a faster shipping method, we will process your return as a refund, and you can create a new order for the item that you want.

For exchanges, please allow us sufficient time to process your replacement order (normally 1-2 weeks, in general).

For refunds, once the item is returned, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible. It normally takes 1-3 days for your funds to be released, depending on your method of payment/bank.

Before you send anything back, please contact us @ returns@iamcochino.com so we know how you would like us to proceed with your return. Also, please include a tracking number with your item(s) and insure your package!!

We want this process to be as easy and headache-less as possible for everyone…  Please note, however: Cabrón Cochino is not responsible for items that you are returning that are lost or stolen in transit.

Please note: We do NOT accept returns or exchanges of underwear or sale items. (Again, some rare exceptions might be made – we’re cochinos, not assholes!)

 

Can I return underwear?

Again, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear.
